The transport of your package

Items ordered on weekdays A (07h from Monday to the following Monday 6:00) are generally shipped on the Wednesday of the week B, after receiving your payment. 3 shipping methods are available: the Colissimo delivery without signature. If you want faster delivery, choose the GLS carrier (following geographical areas covered). For delivery unconstrained schedule, Mondial Relay prefer that removes parcels in over 6,500 collection points in several European paus. Whatever shipping method selected, we will provide you mail the package a link that allows you to track online delivery of your package.

Shipping charges include packaging, handling and shipping. They can contain a fixed or variable depending on the amount or weight of your order. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two distinct orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile products.


You may cancel your order or return of the date you placed your order up to 14 days after receipt of the items ordered. If your items have already been paid, you will receive a refund for the amount of the item in question, excluding shipping costs.
